Are Returns Allowed?
Returns are allowed up to 14 working days after receipt of your order.
What Is The Return Process Like?
You must notify us of your intent to return your order or part thereof within those 7 working days by sending an email with your order number to orders@giftlandtobago.com. You should also state if you prefer a refund or an exchange. We will notify you of the address which you should send your refund to. You have an additional 7 days upon receipt of the return address for your return to get to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs to get your package safely to Gift Land’s warehouse. Upon receipt of your package, once the items are determined to be in good condition to allow resale, your refund/exchange will be processed. Gift Land reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned items.
My Item Was Damaged.
If your item was damaged upon receipt, you must send a photo of the damaged item within 3 days upon receipt to orders@giftlandtobago.com along with your order number. Claims forwarded more than 3 days after delivery will not be acknowledged. You will be contacted to follow the steps as indicated above for returns.
What Items Are Except From Returns?
Perishable items, food items and any similar items with reasonable logic will not able to be returned. Please ensure when you recieve the item it is well.
