Currently, Gift Land only delivers within Trinidad and Tobago.

Orders are delivered by a Gift Land delivery person or via post. All cash on delivery items will be delivered personally only between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Next day shipping is only available for orders to be delivered in Tobago. Next day shipping can only be facilitated for orders placed up to 8 p.m. the night before, Trinidad and Tobago time (UTC/GMT -4).

Deliveries usually take 2-5 working days. These days do not include public holidays. Unexpected events such as natural disasters may affect normal delivery times.

Your order status is updated up until delivery. You can check your order status through your account. You will also receive your order updates via the email you provided when completing your order. For orders to be delivered to Trinidad, you will receive an additional email with your tracking number.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Orders below 1.1 kg costs TTD$30.00 to ship to either Tobago or Trinidad. Free shipping is available for orders over TTD$500.00 to be shipped to an address in Tobago while a discounted shipping fee is available for orders over TTD500.00 to be shipped to Trinidad.

Currently, Gift Land accepts payments online via www.giftlandtobago.com or via the cart on Facebook with your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can pay via bank deposit. Follow the instructions when you select your payment method. Persons accepting deliveries in Tobago also have the option to pay for their orders upon delivery with cash.
